Piping and Spatula Techniques
Piping and Spatula techniques: The correct use of the spatula to get your cakes even and smooth, and how to use decorating combs to create different designs. Includes leveling, filling and crumb coating; the correct use of the pastry bag to create shells, outline, lettering, beads, lace, ruffles, bows, roses and basket weave. 3- Days program
4 week program, once a week for three hours. $200
Everything necessary to participate in the class is provided for you to use. You do not need to purchase any tools or equipment prior to the class, or bring anything with you to class.
