BASIC BAKING AND CAKE DECORATING COURSE

Our school offers a comprehensive basic level, it last 8 weeks, divided in 8 sessions, once a week for three hours.

This course it’s carefully developed to introduce and enhance overall skills and knowledge in all aspects of Decoration and Baking:

Dominican Cake/Vanilla cake, Orange Cup Cakes, Pineapple upside down, Walnut Cake, Almond Cake, Raisin-Rum Cake, Pineapple and Strawberry Filling and Meringue Icing. Also, the correct use of the spatula, the use of decorating combs to create different designs. You’ll also learn, all about leveling, filling and crumb coating. the correct use of the pastry bag and Tips to create shells, outline, lettering, beads, lace, ruffles, bows, roses and basket weave. Also Royal Icing Flowers: including chrysanthemums, apple blossoms, violets, roses, daisies, primroses, wild roses, daffodils, pansies, hyacinths, baby’s breath, gardenias, petunias, morning glories, Easter lilies, primroses, lilies-of-the-valley, as well as a great variety of leafs and foliages; plus how to make flower sprays and how to make different tone colors in the same Flower.

8 WEEKS PROGRAM: CAKES AND CUPCAKES DECORATING COURSE

This course it’s carefully developed to introduce and enhance overall skills and knowledge in all aspects of Decoration and Baking: This course features Baking and Cup Cakes Decorating. Using professional methods and techniques, such as baking Yellow cake.Butter Cream Making, the correct use of the spatula to cover and get your icing smooth. Also how to create different Butter Cream Flowers and designs.

In this class you will learn, how to make a very rich and moist Dominican Cake. How to make Orange Cup Cakes, Pineapple upside down, Hazelnut-chocolate chip Cake, Marble Cake, Checkerboard cake, Pineapple and Strawberry Filling. You will also learn how to make Meringue and the proper way of using this icing, as well as creating a variety of decorations by using different tips designs.

Also, the correct use of the spatula, the use of decorating combs to create different designs. COMPLETE CAKE  BAKING AND DECORATING  COURSES

Our school offers eight comprehensive basic courses.  they  last 18 weeks, once a week for three hours

 This program was carefully developed to introduce and enhance overall skills and knowledge in all aspects of elaboration, decoration, and in the design of cakes for all occacions.Using professional methods and techniques, such as Fondant, Royal Icing, Spatula and Piping Techniques. How to create beautiful Roses, Rose Leaves, Rose Bud, Mimosas, Calla Lilies, Jasmine, Sweet Peas, Casa Blanca Lilies, Stephanotis and Orchids. By cutting, molding and painting this paste,.You’ll learn to create leafs and foliage, as well as how to give all these flowers a dazzling finish. Learn all about the correct way  to elaborated and to roll Fondant ; how to cover cakes and create Ribbons, Garlands, Borders, Bows, Quilting Designs, plus Cut-out Techniques, Painting and Laces. Also the used  of Color, Cake making,Leveling, Filling, and Crumb Coating. Proportion and Design, the students will learn to create beautiful decorative elements to master the secrets of contemporary presentations used throughout the industry.

Students can take one of this course at a time or buy a package.

Using professional methods and techniques, such as Butter Cream Making, the correct use of the spatula to cover and get your icing smooth.  Also how to create different Butter Cream Flowers and designs. (Tools are not included) Royal Icing Flowers is recommended before you take this class.

In this 6-hour class, You’ll learn how to create beautiful Roses, Rose Leaves, Rose Bud, Mimosas and Wild Violet. You’ll also learn, how to give a dazzling finish, by painting using color dust. All this flowers will be used to created a beautiful Flowers Arrangement. (tools are not included)

6. Fundamental Gum-Paste II: 3 day program; once a week for 3 hours.

This course lasts 3 weeks, once a week for 3 hours. You’ll learn how to create beautiful flowers, including Calla Lilies, Jasmine, Sweet Peas, Casa Blanca Lilies, Stephanotis and Orchids. By cutting, molding and painting this paste, you’ll be able to a beautiful garden of flowers. And you’ll learn to create leafs and foliage, as well as how to give all these flowers a dazzling finish, using color dust. Fee is $300 (tools are not included).
