6 WEEK PROGRAM:
Introduction to Baking and Cake Decorating
Our school offers a six week program. It last six week, once a week for three hours. $500
Dominican Cake, Filling and Icing: learn the secret on how to make a delicious Dominican Cake. In this three hour class, the student will learn how to make two different version of this famous cake. Also how to make a Pineapple Up- side down, Orange Cup Cakes, Mocha Cake, Chocolate mint cake, amaretto cake, Pineapple and Strawberry filling and all the secret to elaborate the Meringue Icing. This class is a demonstration and a workshop. In the end of the class students will take home That whole cake to bake and decorated They did. Two day program, three hour each day.
Cake, Filling and Icing: Vanilla Cake, Cup Cakes, chocolate filling and Butter cream Icing.
Piping and Spatula techniques: The correct use of the spatula to get your cakes even and smooth also, how to use decorating combs to create different designs. Includes leveling, filling and crumb coating; the correct use of the pastry bag to create shells, outline, lettering, beads, lace, ruffles, bows, roses and basket weave.
6 week program, once a week for three hours. $500 divides two payments of $250. Students need to deposit $250 to enroll; second payment is due first day of class. “ingredients and recipes are Included”
Everything necessary to participate in the class is provided for you to use. You do not need to purchase any tools or equipment prior to the class, or bring anything with you to class.
