Cakes, Filling and Icing
Three weeks baking workshop:
Dominican cake, Vanilla pound cake, chocolate cake, yellow cake, cupcakes, black fruit cake, almond cake, blueberry cake, pineapple upside down cake, piña colada cake, marble cake, pistachio cake, “Pudin” Dominican wedding cake. American butter cream, Italian butter cream, meringue icing, chocolate buttercream, tres leche filling, strawberry and pineapple filling.
Cupcakes, Black out chocolate cake, Yellow cake and buttercream icing
In this three hours, the students will learn how to elaborate different cakes, fillings and icings: a very moist vanilla cake, blackout chocolate cake, a delicious vanilla buttercream, chocolate and mocha filling.
Dominican Cake, Quick Cakes, Filling and Icing:
Learn all the secrets on how to make a delicious Dominican cake. In this six hour workshop, the student will learn how to make three different versions of this famous cake. Also how to make blueberry cake, marble cake, a quick black fruit cake, a pineapple upside-down, orange cupcakes, mocha cake, amaretto cake, Piña Colada cake. Pineapple, strawberry, and Dulce de Leche filling. And all the secret to elaborate meringue icing.
$500 divided into two payments of $250.
Students need to deposit $250 to enroll; second payment is due first day of class.
Everything necessary to participate in the class is provided for you to use. You do not need to purchase any tools or equipment prior to the class, or bring anything with you to class.
